Interior
A8 Seats
Installed a set of D4 Audi A8 Sport seats (Diamond stitched) in brown, color is a little off but they are awesome seats.
Brakes
ABS Module Replacement
ABS Module fault recorded in VCDS, and associated modules noting that the ABS Module could not be communicated with. Cross referenced the wiring diagrams for the footwell splices and checked continuity + CAN signal. Ended up tracing CAN Signal and ground all the way to the ABS Module, discovered module faulty. Brake fluid was also present in the connector. Removal and replacement involves pulling the wiper cowl, removing one ECU (the master), and the cabin air intake, in addition to a full brake bleed. Make sure you follow the VCDS output tests to properly bleed the front brakes, and re-code your new ABS module accordingly for proper communication.

Upgraded Carrier Bearing
Previous owner installed an upgraded carrier bearing, not sure the brand
Engine
KA24 Transmission
Very easy swap if you have all of the necessary hardware, custom drive shaft and machined bell housing. The factory L series bellhousing is reused and is machined to mate the KA24 gearbox.
Engine
EGR Delete
Removed EGR pipes from exhaust manifolds, replaced with Darkside Developments race pipes. Ended up breaking a bolt in the passenger side manifold, welded a plug in it's place rather than using a block off plate on that side.
Interior
S8 Seats
Installed swivel seats and then built custom adapters to bolt up D4 Audi A8 seats, they are big for the vehicle but insanely comfortable.
Vendors
Shops and specialists added by the owners who used them. Coverage-checked, so a domestic-only shop never shows for a European car.

5 speed manual transmission swap

Since my truck has a rear window defroster, the wiring is already present to add heated mirrors. Just needed to purchase some XLT heated mirrors and install.

Suede Headliner Swap
Fixed sagging headliner courtesy of 20 year old glue. Dropping the headliner wasn't incredibly difficult except for around the sunroof retaining trim. Using the right glue is critical for this, I used 3M Super 77.

Q7 too hot
Q7 HVAC stops working in 90 weather. I think the car is getting too hot by having a black exterior, interior, and headliner. Need to get tint and a wrap to hopefully cool car down
